Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a high-performing, innovative individual to join Team Tally as a Customer Services Representative, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager. The role is based in North London.


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and responding promptly at all times 

  • Communicating effectively with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, whilst remaining positive.

  • Attracting customers by promoting the product and company, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise. 

  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems (full training is given).

  • Occasionally taking on other responsibilities as the need arises.

  • Working on a rota basis including some Saturday shifts.

What we look for in your professional skills: 

Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferable), with excellent communication skills, and the ability to ‘get things done’ in a flexible, dynamic organisation.


  • Excellent analytical, organisational and time-management skills. 

  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English speaking required).

  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across a multi-disciplinary team including the ability to interface between technical and non-technical teams. 

  • Good attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of information, and logically analyse and interpret data from multiple sources. 

  • Thoughtful, systematic approach and demonstrable experience in delivering against tight deadlines.

  • Experience with technology and comfortable using several different tools/systems.

  • A keen researcher with a sharp eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

  • The ability to work autonomously when required.

  • Proof of your right to work in the UK and A full DBS check will be required.

  • Prior experience in the financial industry is a bonus.

● Salary Range: £26,000- £27,000 based on experience, as well as the opportunity for equity in the company
